The hotel was spacious and very peaceful, and we had a relaxing, pleasant stay in central Ubatuba. My wife and I were about a 15-minute walk from our favorite restaurant. We’d happily stay here again.

After I booked, communication was a mess and took up a lot of my time. The site said I could pay in advance by credit card, but the hotel kept messaging me to pay by PIX instead. They continued even after I contacted the booking site and wrote to the hotel. The front desk sent confusing messages, so I eventually cancelled. Even getting the cancellation through took a long time.
