Kit's Ubatuba

My trip got 1000% better once I left this place. I complained on Booking and laid out everything we went through. I truly hope I never have the displeasure of dealing with you again. When people rent a place, whatever the price, they expect to feel at home. Coffee, new sheets, or a new mattress, which you’re always bringing up, aren’t what make guests feel comfortable. We needed the freedom to come back from the beach and shower, or leave whenever we wanted. You need to learn how to deal with people and show some humanity first. I have nothing to thank you for. I’m just grateful I got out of there without anything catching fire, given how little commitment you showed to the accommodation.

What a peaceful place. It’s cozy, simple, and feels good to be there. The room is basic, but the beds are clean, the sheets smell nice, and everything is tidy. The owner is a wonderful person and made us feel free to come and go. It barely felt like she was there.

The place is filthy and awful. There’s no minibar in the room, just a rusty shared fridge in the hallway. The parking only fits very small cars, all the curtains are falling down, the bed is hard, and the fan is tiny, so you end up sweating. The owner is really annoying, always telling you how to use the space and stressing that nothing should be damaged. She talks as if the place were well organized, when it’s disgusting.
