I came across it on Google and took a chance. Such a lovely stay, peaceful and in a great spot. It was clean, and the host was attentive. Sergio is a good guy, and the price was fair. There’s a market and restaurants nearby, plus access to three beautiful beaches. Santa Rita is gorgeous, and I loved it. I also took an Uber to Praia das Toninhas and Praia Grande, which worked out perfectly!

We loved the kitchenette and felt very comfortable there. Sergio was really helpful and gave us great tips for enjoying the beautiful beaches. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and a bakery are all close by. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The place is simple but pleasant, and the stay was good, especially because it’s so convenient. The Três Praias kitchenette is in a great location near lovely beaches and shops. We could leave the car parked and take care of everything on foot.

Whenever I’m in Ubatuba, I stay in one of Sérgio’s kitchenettes. He’s attentive and polite and thinks of every detail. The place is cozy and close to the beaches I love most. Highly recommend, and thank you! 👏👏👏🙏

The Bali kitchenette was so cozy, and my son and I loved our stay. Everything was just as Sérgio described, clean and organized. He was kind and polite, and his tips on places to eat and beaches were really useful. We visited several beaches close by, including Lázaro, Domingas Dias, Lamberto, and Sununga, as well as Enseada, Santa Rita, and Pereque Mirim, all a ten-minute walk away. Markets and bakeries are nearby too. The area is very peaceful, and the neighbors are welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it!
