Limoeiro Suites

The inn itself isn't bad, and the price is about average, not especially cheap. But a lot of things fell short for me. Our room was supposed to have a double bed and a single, but they put us in an inferior room and gave no explanation. There were no paid channels, the air conditioner was faulty, though it may have been the remote, the minibar temperature couldn't be adjusted, and they didn't clean the room during our stay. There was no breakfast or parking either. When the street is full, you have to park far away. There were tons of unbearable mosquitoes, and they should warn guests or provide repellent. The location is hard to assess. Itaguá beach is about a 7-minute walk, but it's not good for leisure because of all the fishing boats. For any other beach, you need a car and have to pay the R$12.00 parking fee. On the other hand, shops, restaurants, and a shopping center are nearby, so it's a good location if that's what you're looking for, but not if you want nature and beautiful beaches. I chose this inn because reviews praised the service, but that was disappointing too. Maybe the staff were having a bad weekend, or maybe people had rated them unfairly, but I wasn't treated well and the owner seemed unwilling to help with anything.

This is my second stay at limoeiro suítes, and it feels like home. The place is cozy, clean, and very well cared for. D. Valentina is such a lovely person, always looking out for guests. It's quiet, has a family atmosphere, and we think the nightly rate is very fair. The location in itaguá is excellent, close to projeto Tamar, bars, and restaurants. Nothing but praise from us, we loved it and will keep coming back! ❤️

The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, a minibar, and a bathroom that’s better than some in much more expensive hotels. The price is great for that quality, and Sra. Valentina, who runs the pousada, is so warm and friendly. I’ve been to Ubatuba three times before, and only just found this place. I’ll definitely be back more often now.

The owners are lovely and always ready to help, and I liked having a place outside the suite to dry clothes. The location is very convenient for getting to beaches in either the north or south, even though the streets are full of potholes. Inside, everything was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is great, and there’s air conditioning, a fan, and a large mirror. The bed was comfortable too. My only gripe is the comforter, which felt so small it barely covered one person.
