The only real downside was the road leading to the property, which is full of potholes, like much of central Ubatuba. We were shocked, as it’s a city with plenty of tax revenue and should invest in infrastructure. We also had to pay for blue zone parking at every location and beach. As for the accommodation, though, I recommend it without hesitation. The apartment was spotless, with soft beds, good bathrooms, an elevator, a pool, and secure parking. The wooden dining table was nice, and the kitchen had basic but well-kept items and immaculate pans. The simple fridge was enough, and the stove worked well. The oven was great too: we made cake and baked meat and bread. The air conditioning worked well. The cleaning team deserves praise. Dona Lúcia at reception was very attentive and helpful, as was her husband, and the night guard was very kind to us.

Lúcia, who handled the reservation, was so friendly and attentive, and gave us a lot of attention throughout the booking process. We highly recommend this place! The apartment was a pleasant surprise, very clean and organized, and it worked really well for two couples with up to four small children. The location is excellent too, with several supermarkets and bakeries nearby. 👍

The internet signal could be better, but there were far more positives, so I highly recommend staying here with family. Everything was clean and new, and dona Lúcia gave us a 10 out of 10 welcome. We’ll be back soon.

Good morning. The stay itself was great, but the payment left me really disappointed. I was told I could pay when checking out, then was told it had already been settled even though my card hadn't been run. When I checked my account, the full amount had been charged, although I planned to pay in installments. What should've been a relaxing trip turned into a nightmare. I'm going to pursue my rights. They shouldn't do this without asking the customer. Awful.
