Nevada Ubatuba Hotel

Every day, without exception, we'd come back from the beach covered in sand with a child and find there was no water to shower. How can a hotel that can accommodate 110 people not have water, the most basic thing? The breakfast was awful, and one day I came back to find a cockroach walking on my suitcase. The first room had a leaking bathroom and a shower that only ran hot. The ceiling fan didn't work, so luckily I'd brought my own fan. They did let us switch rooms, but in the second room the TV was a computer monitor, the sheets were old and stained, and the towels were rough. Good thing I usually bring my own towels and bedding. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families with children. I left before the end of the package I bought. It was such a disappointment, and the advertising was completely misleading.

The cleaning and kitchen staff are wonderful. We liked our first stay because it had what we needed, a place to sleep and shower, but this time wasn't good. The bread was hard, though the other breakfast items were fairly good. There was no water every day, which is a basic necessity, and the tap and shower water was yellow. I used to recommend the place to everyone, but unfortunately I won't be going back.
