The pool was a great place to relax after a day out, and the accommodation was very comfortable, with large, clean, well-organized rooms. The location also makes it easy to reach Ubatuba's main spots. The whole team was polite and very helpful, both day and night, always ready to assist. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Canto dos Golfinhos and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, a good location, and quality service.

The room was okay, and the bed, pillows, and sheets were good. The bathroom was small and had leaks. The hair dryer didn't work at first, but they fixed it after I complained. Breakfast was modest, and the bread was stale. There isn't enough parking space to fit and maneuver the cars. They park one behind another, so you can't leave without giving notice. I told them the night before that I'd be leaving very early, but there were five cars behind mine and no one at reception to move them. During a shift change there was no staff for at least 40 minutes. Other employees said nothing could be done and we had to wait for someone to arrive. That was very inconsiderate to me and the other guests who needed to leave.
