The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and plentiful, and our standard suite was spotless, tidy, and roomy, with great room service too. We spent the Easter holiday here and found the whole place peaceful, cozy, and very well organized. The staff were attentive, especially dona Fátima, who welcomed us at check-in and was so kind. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, which made the location really convenient. We did have a small Wi-Fi issue during the holiday. I’m not sure if it was the internet provider or simply too many people using it, but it didn’t affect our stay. The TV wasn’t smart, so we couldn’t use YouTube or streaming apps like Netflix or Amazon. Even so, we had a wonderful stay and I’d recommend the pousada with plenty of praise. Whenever we’re back in Ubatuba, pousada villa di enzo will be our first choice. Wishing them great success.

I loved staying here, even with the Wi-Fi barely working, haha. The staff were really polite and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and airy, with a little kitchen area that had a microwave, mini fridge, and cutlery. Such a cozy place!

The room was clean and smelled nice, and the location was great. Mine happened to be beside the car wash, though, so there was a lot of noise. The internet was poor, but usable. Breakfast and service were good.

We stayed five days, and the service from the staff was impeccable. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, and everything felt clean and cozy. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and linens were very clean. The Wi-Fi was the real downside. It still didn’t work when the pousada was nearly empty, so I don’t think it was just too many people online. The TV isn’t smart, and the device they bought to make it smart doesn’t work either. We kept hoping it wouldn’t rain, since there’d be no TV to watch. I’ve seen people mention these same Wi-Fi and TV problems in reviews for a while, and they haven’t been fixed.

My family and I loved it. The hotel was in a great spot, and it stayed clean and fresh-smelling the whole time. The staff were helpful, breakfast was tasty, and we’ll definitely come back.
