The receptionist and housekeeper were both extremely friendly and polite, which was a plus. But the person responsible for the pool cleaning was awful. The pool was dirty and wasn't cleaned daily, though the other receptionist said otherwise. We had rainy weather, and the room's TV didn't work at all, with no channels or Smart TV. The room itself was a reasonable size, but the window was stuck and took a lot of effort to open. The shower kept losing power while I was using it. I booked specifically for the snooker table, but after driving about 150 km, found there wasn't one or any recreation at all. Praia do Lázaro was very crowded, like the busy parts of the South Coast. Nearby beaches were excellent, but about a 20-minute walk away. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a horrible stay and really don't recommend this place. It was uncomfortable and unattractive, with no breakfast, towels, blankets, or even basics like toilet paper. The stairs were dangerously steep and had no handrails. Communication and service were also very poor. They don't answer the phone, and if you need to change your booking, forget it. They won't reschedule for any reason. I wish I'd never stayed here.

The place is clean, organized, and quiet, just 50 meters from Praia do Lázaro. I have to admit I didn't like that beach because it's very calm. To the left are Sununga and Gruta que Chora, and to the right is Domingas Dias, all reachable on foot. It's also easy to get to other nearby beaches by car or bus. Highly recommended.

The room was good, with a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and the place is close to the beach. The TV and internet could be better. I think it may be because there were so many guests, so I wish I'd brought a USB drive with a movie.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and I felt misled. It was so cramped there was nowhere to sit or unpack. After the beach I showered and was left standing, bumping into my wife because there was barely any space. This was the worst place I've stayed. I couldn't even last an hour.
