The best part was how welcoming everyone was, and both breakfast and dinner were wonderful. We came as a family and the team was always friendly and helpful. The outdoor shower was so lovely we almost wanted to use it as our regular shower, haha. Our room was the ground floor one with a kitchen, and the double bed was a real letdown. The mattress was thin and hard, and it creaked with even the smallest movement. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and had no lock. There’s a large frosted-looking section in the entrance door that lets in a lot of light in the morning, so I had to improvise a way to darken the room. We’d come back, but we’d choose a different room.
