The room filled with ants over the smallest thing, and it needs pest control. Cleaning wasn't done even after we asked. Towels are only changed every four days, which is ridiculous, and they don't dry even with the clothesline in the room. Breakfast doesn't arrive until 8:30. Tourists want to get going early, and breakfast at that hour doesn't work for us. For two people, it was just three rolls, three slices each of ham and cheese, a glass of milk, a glass of very watered-down juice, and some very basic coffee. If you wanted the room cleaned, you had to leave the key at reception. The front door locks at 9 p.m., so if you spent the day out, you had to return before then or you'd be locked out. Also, anyone could reach the keys left at reception. When we said the room hadn't been cleaned, the employee who served breakfast was rude. She'd been in a bad mood since greeting us, a long-haired woman. At check-out, she didn't inspect the room. When we called her over, she seemed annoyed and just said, “Everything's fine, right? Just go.”

A peaceful spot, with internet well over 200 Mbps and a flat-screen TV with Roku, so we could use our own streaming services. The mattress was a bit disappointing, already somewhat saggy. It's unusual for an inn to include breakfast. It was simple, but we were satisfied.

Everything was clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained, and I really liked the place. My only suggestion is about breakfast. They deliver baskets, but there's an area outside the rooms that could be used for a simple self-service breakfast, which might be more enjoyable. Still, it's well worth it overall.

The hotel and the accommodation were really good, and Heleninha was a very friendly attendant. The basket breakfast was disappointing, though. It was too skimpy and needed more savory items, cake, and fruit. For the price, I felt those were missing.
