From the outside the Eco Hotel looks pretty ordinary, but inside it's spotless and very comfortable. The rooms are small, though the rest of the place more than makes up for the limited space. The rates are reasonable and include a generous, varied breakfast buffet, with lots of homemade food. There's secure guest parking, a pool, air-conditioning, TV, comfortable mattresses, and friendly staff at the front desk who speak English. If you're in the beach town of Ubatuba on Brazil's coast, it's worth seeking out.

Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of things to choose from and as much or as little as you wanted. Most of the bakery items were homemade and delicious. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. Everyone across the departments was friendly and professional. There's ample parking, coffee available all day, and the beach is just a short walk away. Eco hotel Ubatuba was a great find.

Compared with some other choices in the area, this feels like a luxury resort. Its location also makes it a bit easier to avoid Ubatuba's clogged roads. Prices went up beyond reason over the New Year's season, but when we needed help, they were still there for us.
