The food was good, and the pool had a lovely view, though it’s on the small side. The hotel sits in a convenient spot in a fairly quiet part of the city, with very friendly staff. To reach the beach, you have to cross the main road, and the beach itself was only so-so.

The staff felt genuinely warm and human. It’s also in a safe neighborhood, well placed for the main beaches and tour meeting points. Great spot.

What stood out most was the staff. Every person we met tried speaking English with us, even though we were the ones with embarrassingly poor Portuguese. We appreciated that a lot. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a nice pool, good views, and a tasty breakfast buffet. It’s also well priced and in a great area of Ubatuba. Thank you!!

The reception team made the stay feel like coming home. They were charming and helpful throughout. The location is hard to beat too, with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, plus a short walk or hike to beautiful beaches and nature. My modern, very clean room had a balcony, though it didn’t have furniture when I visited. Definitely a great place to stay in town.
