Beautiful scenery, and Sapao was an amazing host. He’s a world-class surfer.

We loved the place. It has a wonderful rootsy style, and it was clean and comfortable with great service. We’d definitely come back.

We had a great time and will definitely return. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place without loud music or a rowdy atmosphere, and Fábio and his wife are fantastic.

The location is close to the beach, which was the only real saving grace of our three-night Carnival stay with family. There were four worms scattered around the room when we arrived. We tried to overlook that, but they kept appearing throughout the stay. One night, a “worm louse” even woke me up after it got onto my bed. It was really uncomfortable. On the second day, we tried using the microwave; it started heating, then seemed to burn out. We never saw anyone maintain the equipment during our stay. For the price we paid, the place left a lot to be desired.
