We hardly ever return to the same hotel, but this is our third stay at Vila Sape, and we love it every time. The food and drinks are awesome, and the hotel is stunning, right on a very calm, peaceful beach. The staff are amazing, laid back but attentive. We really love this place!

The suites at Villa Sape Pousada are beautifully furnished, with small private terraces where you can catch the ocean breeze, and there are spacious shared areas too. The pool is just a few steps from the shore, and the evening firepit by the cozy outdoor area is a nice extra. From its spot above Sape Beach (“Praia do Sape”), the boutique hotel has stunning views and oceanfront dining. A big thank you to Carol and her wonderful team. Every staff member was professional and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I’m already looking forward to another stay at Villa Sape.

The pool temperature was perfect, and the service was excellent. It’s right in front of the beach, with lovely people. For the best caipirinha, ask Joao for a "vila sape".

The restaurant dishes were very good, with a fish-based menu made from fresh ingredients and skillfully prepared by chef Hugo. Ígor, the bartender, deserves a special mention: he makes great drinks and explains everything. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s clear the owners value the people who look after guests. The rooms are very comfortable, and everything is cared for with obvious attention and affection. Our first experience in Ubatuba was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back soon. Congratulations to the whole team and the owners, this pousada is an example for others to follow.
