The staff were courteous and professional, and the woman who helped me was especially attentive. I appreciated her service. The room and building were a different story. The bathroom is very old and poorly maintained: the plastic folding shower door was grimy, and water pooled across the shower floor. The old ceramic tiles were stained, the window frames were dirty and rusty, and the air conditioner was ancient. My window faced a busy street with no sound insulation. There wasn't even a glass in the room, and the small parking lot meant I had to leave my car on the street. My Booking reservation said breakfast was included, but it wasn't listed at check-in and I had to pay extra. I don't recommend this hotel. For R$231 for a couple in January 2026, there are better options in town.

I stayed here for work and it met my expectations. They have what you need for a stay, with a breakfast that has plenty of choices and excellent service. There's also a nice extra: a partnership with a nearby gym gives you a free workout pass for the length of your stay.

I've traveled for work for over 20 years and hardly ever complain about hotels, but this was the worst one I've stayed in. There was no working internet, the TV only had open channels, and the beds had bad mattresses with old, small blankets. There didn't seem to be anyone in management available to sort things out. After a full day of work, I got back on a Monday to find that they'd cleaned the water tank and there was no water. Reception kept saying it would come back, but it never did. I went to bed without a shower, brushing my teeth, or using the toilet, and there was still no water in the morning. Then reception told me to wait for the manager and maintenance to arrive.
