We had a great stay while welcoming family and friends to celebrate my graduation. The house was big, spacious, and well organized. I was unhappy that we had to switch houses twice because of adjustments for other bookings. The last-minute change left me with few alternatives and worried about whether things would work out. Given how many guests the house can hold, I also think it should have more kitchen utensils.

This time the experience was awful. Last year we stayed in annex 4, which had a TV and refrigerator. This year we booked annex 5, but at the last minute they moved us to annex 4 and said breakfast was included. There was no refrigerator, the TV didn’t work, and breakfast wasn’t included after all. They offered no discount. I’m completely dissatisfied.

We spent one day in this dump, which they call an annex, outside the hotel on the same street. The bed was impossible to sleep on, and we had to put two mattresses together. The TV didn’t work. I called the guy at reception, who said he’d come with the manager, but neither of them showed up. If you have another option, take it. For what we paid, the place was unpleasant and the service was bad.
