There's no breakfast, and the rooms don't have a TV, fan, or air conditioning. The electrical wiring is quite old, and there's a strong musty, stored-away kind of smell. It's a very basic pousada, really just somewhere to arrive, shower, and sleep.

The family who runs the place were all so welcoming and attentive. We were delayed by heavy rain on the way, and they waited for us to arrive. It's also very well located, and the reception was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

There are better places in town at great prices, so I'd avoid this chalet. It's wooden, and you can hear every noise from the other guests. People don't respect quiet hours, and there were no personal hygiene items or garage as advertised. If you're looking for peace in the mountains, this isn't the place. Don't trust the listing photos.

A lovely place, close to everything in town, with really high-quality service. I had a fantastic stay and recommend Pousada Girassol 🌻 to everyone.

The owner was especially helpful, and the service was very good. The place was quiet, clean, organized, and in a great location. It met all our needs, and we'll definitely return.
