Carlos and Dana Julia make a delicious breakfast with products from the pousada, served in the very cozy main house. They're lovely people, and there's always a good conversation to be had. The property has animals that add to the rural feel, and free parking right by the chalet. It's a 10-minute drive to the center of Urubici. There's a large restaurant on the corner of the main road, though it isn't always open, and Bar Rota 370 is worth a stop, just 5 minutes away by car. This place is ideal if you're after peace and quiet. The chalet was well cared for and decorated, with an excellent bed and a good shower. There are two chalets facing the lake and three facing the mountains, and all are very nice. My wife said it felt like a scene from the Netflix series Virgen Rivers. Ten out of ten.

We were warmly welcomed by Sr. Carlos and Dona Julia. Their kindness made me feel at home, and breakfast was delicious. The dogs and cats were so sweet, too. It's a spectacular pousada in a very peaceful spot. I hope to come back soon. Thank you!

Seu Carlos was very polite and made sure we were comfortable. You'll feel welcomed here. The pink chalet was spotless and looked out over a wonderful view of the lake. And the homemade breakfast, made by Dona Júlia, was the best you'll try. Her jam is so good, here's a tip: she sells it, so buy some! To me, real elegance is simplicity done well, and this pousada gets that just right.

The atmosphere here is magical, and the chalet was spotless and comfortable. Sr Carlos was so friendly and shared lots of tips about routes for outings in the region. We felt very welcomed by him and Dna Júlia, who makes the best breakfast. The family's little dogs were another highlight, so affectionate and gentle. We hope to come back in winter.

Carlos and Júlia made us feel at home with their warmth and attentiveness. We had wonderful conversations, full of wisdom, good humor, and positive energy. Meals were a real treat, too. Breakfast and a typical dinner included fruit, bread, homemade jams, free-range chicken, polenta, pine nut farofa, and plenty more, all prepared right there at the pousada. Between the comfortable rooms, the bed, the cleanliness, and Urubici's beautiful scenery, there was plenty to enjoy. But discovering this place also gave us a chance to connect with the local culture and traditions of the Santa Catarina highlands. One of the best stays of my life. Highly recommended!
