The reception staff were polite and very helpful, which was the only good part for me. The room was dirty, with a dead insect in it, and the bedding was old and worn. The bath towel was tiny and paper-thin, the pillows were very flat, and the bed was hard and felt fragile. There were hardly any outlets, so I had to unplug the minibar to charge my phone. Breakfast did have plenty of bread options, but all of them were stale and hard.

The room was small, but it had what I needed: it was very clean and included a minibar, a table and chair, a bedside table, space for luggage, and air conditioning. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough power outlets.

I’ve stayed here twice now and really like the place. It’s cozy and easy to get to, close to Vassouras’s Historic Center and the bus station. I’d love to return again.
