The room smelled awful, and when I arrived I found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. The controls for both the air conditioning and the TV were no good either. I’d booked ahead, but when I asked reception for help, the only solution they offered was to cancel the reservation and refund the payment.

The place was a mess, with construction going on and no one bothering to let guests know. When I mentioned it to the manager, the reply came in a mocking tone. Management seemed inactive, the infrastructure was poor, there were too few staff, and the ones there looked unmotivated. My room smelled like sewage, and the toilet had problems. Breakfast was ridiculous, worse than at my house: just bread, cheese, margarine, coffee, and milk. A total lack of respect for the customer.
