The staff were lovely and helpful whenever I needed them. I was also surprised at breakfast to find Twinings English Breakfast tea, with hot water that didn’t make it taste like coffee. I’ve started my day with that tea for over forty years, so I didn’t have to use the supply I bring when I travel. I stayed three days after visiting a friend for an event, and had several days’ worth of laundry to get cleaned before continuing my trip. I left it with the hotel’s laundry service and got it back the same day, washed, ironed, and on hangers. Wow, thank you, Hotel Supreme Choice!

We ended up needing a room in the middle of the night after a long international flight into Confins. The hotel across from the airport was full, and we had nowhere to go. Hotel Supreme answered the phone and confirmed they had availability. They really helped us out, and we’d stay again if we have a stop in Belo Horizonte. It’s close to Confins, which makes it handy for a layover, and the rates are reasonable. The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. There are drinks and snacks at the front desk, plus a great included breakfast with fruit, bread, coffee, and more. They also have an airport shuttle for a small fee.

It’s a good option for a one-night stay before an early flight from Confins Airport. Keep in mind the shuttle costs extra, though I had a rental car. Also, the property doesn’t have “VOA” in its name, and even with GPS it wasn’t easy to find.

For a pretty decent price, you get a nice room, breakfast, and shuttle service near Cofins airport. This is the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at. The other Super 8 hotels around the world should follow what these guys are doing. Keep it up!
