Quality Suites Vila Velha

My room at Quality Suites Vila Velha was clean, spacious, and nicely equipped. The reception staff also made a great first impression, welcoming me and making sure I was comfortable from the start. I had planned to get a light meal at the hotel restaurant, but there was a special event for the Evangelic brothers happening. Carla and Chef warmly invited me to join the buffet, which turned into one of the best meals I had in the city. There was a broad choice of salads and proteins, everything was flavorful and carefully prepared, and the restaurant staff kept things pleasant and looked after everyone. I was in town to meet my cousin, and the hospitality made the stay feel especially easy.

Antonio Marcos, the Manager, is kind and really cares about his guests. I’m Brazilian and have traveled all over the world, and I’ve always appreciated how loving and passionate Brazilian people are about what they do. The hotel has awesome views, the beach is beautiful, and the service is very nice. The city also has 5 stars restaurants, and seafood is a must, fresh and delicious.

The free restaurant breakfast was the best, especially the fruit, and the staff there were cheerful, helpful, and efficient too. Everyone was amazing throughout our stay. When we asked at the desk for a towel, it reached our door almost before we did. The food was great, and we’d be happy to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

There’s a place just a short walk away where you can take tennis lessons or arrange matches. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the staff have always been friendly. The suites have consistently been clean and well maintained, and breakfast is pretty good, with friendly staff there as well.
