Seeing several cockroaches moving around the breakfast counter was the worst part of my stay. I even took a photo of one. That’s completely unacceptable in a hotel. The pão de queijo also looked old. The bathrooms had obvious maintenance issues, and the parking felt extremely inadequate and unsafe. There’s no proper place to leave your car when you arrive, and if you go out around town, it has to stay on the street. At reception, Amanda seemed unprepared to deal with guests, didn’t give basic information about how the hotel worked, and especially didn’t explain the parking situation. My stay was terrible, and I don’t recommend it.
