Comfort Suítes Vitória

I’m staying at the hotel in February and had a question about my booking. MATHEUS BERTOLDI was quick to respond and excellent to deal with.

The staff were very helpful, and they quickly sorted out a small issue I had. I spent eight days there, first in a superior room and then after upgrading to the luxury sea-view room, which was a striking improvement, with more space and modern interiors. Breakfast was lovely, though the detox juices could use less water. The pool is small but pleasant when it’s quiet. The location worked well for me, with lively nightlife just a minute away and Praia Camburi bridge nearby for walks. There are good lunch options close by, but the hotel’s own dinner, prepared by a professional chef, was surprisingly better in both quality and price.

The restaurant staff were really nice, and housekeeping did a good job. Debora was especially helpful since she speaks English fluently, and Cassia was courteous too. The hotel is clean and in an amazing location, a great fit for business.

Dinner after the event was very good, both the food and the service, and the staff were generally kind. My room was spacious and nice, with an excellent shower, though it could have been cleaner. The conference rooms were decent but nothing special. I did have a small issue at check-in: I was already waiting in line when someone who arrived later went straight to the receptionist. She had seen me there but didn't say anything.
