The owner is impossible to talk to, even when things go wrong. My belongings were ruined by humidity and mould, including an expensive leather jacket, shoes, and wooden utensils. The bed and sofa were covered in mould, and it took a long fight to get a new bed. There were worms in the furniture, and I also found mould in the fridge and bathroom of another apartment I stayed in. The owner acted as if nothing had happened. The internet barely worked, and the bathrooms smelled of pee and other excrement, with that odor reaching the room and kitchen. Even heavy cleaning didn't get rid of it. The old fridge was dirty and very loud. The owner said it was my fault for not washing it, though I had to clean it when I moved in because it was so disgusting. I waited five months for access to a washing machine. The room was dark and humid, and the desk was in a spot where it was impossible to work. There were other smaller problems too. In theory, you can keep a bike in the garage, but the "bicicletario" is high up and inaccessible. The man blocked my bike even though the garage was almost empty every day, as the pictures showed, and threatened me. Highly not recommended.

Really cheap, and great too.
