The beds were really comfortable, as you'd expect at a brand new Ibis, and the blackout curtains let me sleep in. It was very quiet, too. The hotel itself is stunning and new, with welcoming staff who seemed glad I chose to stay at Ibis. Mateos, Steffany, Joan, and the cleaning staff were all A+++. I rode an extra 65km on my motorcycle in the middle of the night to get there, and it was well worth it. It's right by the interstate, less than 2 km from Super Muffato/Smart Fit. I heard there are offices for rent on the second and third floors, and if I lived in the city, I'd absolutely take one.

This Votuporanga IBIS felt different from the other hotels in the chain. The building and rooms are new and clean, with a pleasant fresh-cleaning smell, and the towels, bed, and linens were clean and comfortable. The room was a good size, too. Breakfast deserves a special mention for its delicious choices, especially the corn cake and the banana and red berry jams, so good I'd kneel for them. The whole team provided impeccable service, and I'm especially grateful for their care and attention during my family's stay.

The breakfast was excellent. This is certainly the best Ibis I've stayed at. I came back for a second visit, and it confirmed the good impression I had the first time. Arthur looked after us throughout, so congratulations to him and the whole team for their service.

Everything went perfectly, from reception to the treats in the room. They offered us complimentary draft beer as soon as we arrived, and the rooms had beer, soft drinks, and a few sweets with welcome messages. Breakfast was very good. The only thing missing was a roof over the parking area, since the sun in this city is brutal.

It's been a while since I've stayed at an Ibis this clean and cozy, with such friendly, welcoming staff. The Ibis in Votu deserves congratulations for the room size, bathroom, and bedding and towels.
