The creek farther up is full of turtles, stingrays, and baby nurse sharks. The grocery store near the top of the island was a great little stop too, with a well-stocked selection for its location. I expected to pay $100 for a few basic things, but spent only $64, which was a nice surprise.

The staff were so warm, and having a food store and laundry right next door was handy. I found this hotel in Orange creek, cat Island comfortable and convenient.
