Coral Sands Inn & Cottages

Dinner didn’t leave much of an impression food-wise, though the atmosphere was close to magical and felt very romantic. We also stopped in for lunch and drinks after the beach, and the setting and service were wonderful. The level-two bar is even prettier. Peter, the bartender, is a 10 out of 10, good enough to work at any upscale Manhattan bar.

We came back to Coral Sands for a quick three-day family trip, and it’s still one of our favorite places. The team was warm and welcoming, and the beautifully decorated rooms and facilities were clean. The beach is spectacular, too. The new paddle courts and gym are great additions.

We spent a lot of money, but what we got in return felt overrated and below the standard of a good hotel. The general manager was rude to our family, and the service was inconsistent and disappointing. Waitstaff didn’t seem properly trained to serve at the table, which made the experience feel unprofessional. For service, I’d call it more like a three-star hotel. Too expensive for such poor service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

At the cocktail reception last week, Net and Garee kept our drinks topped up and took great care of us. Five-star service from both of them. I’ll be back, and I’ll be asking for a Capt Gary Dirty Martini! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
