One Palm Hill 3 Bedroom Villa

The road leading up to the house is hard on a car, though that's true of plenty of subdivision roads in Eleuthera. The house itself is really cute, laid out well, and nicely equipped. We had fun in the pool and the ocean view was great.

Our family of six had a really special stay at One Palm Hill. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and feel private and secluded, and the villa itself has a great design and layout. With kids aged 2, 4, 7, and 13, we all had room and things to enjoy. The property was well cared for and stocked with amenities, and Kelly and Misty were so gracious. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on such a warm, welcoming island.

The private pool was just right for a swim and drink after a beach day, and One Palm Hill made a great base for exploring all of Eleuthera. It's in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking or driving distance of nearby beaches, with restaurants and shops in Governor's Harbor nearby too. The house is well placed for day trips around the island. We stayed from mid-December '22 through the end of March '23. The floor plan and en-suite bedrooms worked well for our group, and the home was fully equipped, with a great kitchen for preparing meals and comfortable furniture indoors and out. It also has a generator for the whole house, which mattered since the power went out several times during our stay. Kelly, the owner, and Misty, the property manager, along with her team, really care about giving guests a good experience. Thanks again for taking such good care of us. Eleuthera has wonderful beaches and warm people, and this was a perfect home base for our island adventure.

Kelly had loads of useful suggestions about places to go and things to do, which made planning easy. Misty, the caretaker, checked in to see that we were okay. Those touches helped make our May family vacation at ONEPALM HILL comfortable and stress-free. The villa was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Every spacious bedroom had its own washroom, AC, ceiling fan, and closet. The kitchen had cooking utensils, pots and pans, a coffee machine, a large fridge, spices, and more. We hardly cooked because Kelly helped us arrange a fantastic caterer. There were also vacation basics like extra sunscreen, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a washer and dryer. Governors Harbour was a convenient 5 minute drive away, and the beach was close by on foot or by car. Eleuthera's beaches were stunning. We scuba dived, snorkeled, spent time on different beaches and by the pool, and took a day trip to Harbor Island for the pink sand beach. I'm so glad we chose ONEPALM HILL, a little slice of paradise in paradise.
