Spectacular Seaside: Boutique Resort On Beach

The beach was a huge highlight, especially riding the golf carts down to that clear water. Having coolers to keep our drinks cold was a thoughtful touch. As kosher travelers, we also appreciated how much care the staff, particularly the kitchen team, took to understand our needs and help us. The whole property was beautiful and very well kept, and every person we met was warm and helpful. It made the stay feel special. We can’t wait to come back.

Our oceanfront villa had a fantastic, quiet private beach, and quite often we had it to ourselves. We spent lots of time paddle boarding and snorkeling. The staff were great and very accommodating. After I got bitten by no-see-ums, they brought me cream to help. The gym was okay for a Bahamian gym, and we enjoyed the food at 1648. Thanks to Kelly and Keith at the restaurant. Each villa had its own cart for getting around. The one letdown was the beach furniture, which wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect from a hotel like this. A drinks shack by the beach would be a nice extra. We’d gladly return.

The beach is across the island, but getting there by cart was a fun little adventure, and having it to ourselves made it worthwhile. When our cart had a problem, they brought a replacement in five minutes. The staff were attentive and quick to help. The villa was spacious and clean, and the hotel has a great restaurant on site. We loved this place.
