The breakfast selection is limited, and if a dish runs out the staff won’t prepare more. The staff also aren’t friendly; even a phone call can put you off visiting because of their attitude. The online system needs attention too, as getting accommodated can take several minutes. The surroundings are quite dirty, and the rooms need an upgrade. Right now, the standard is below what I’d expect of a hotel.

There are some very creative artworks around the property that give it a quaint, lovely feel. The estate and grounds are also attractive and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, but the choices were quite limited. The finishes feel cheap, and some of the designs, especially in the bathrooms, aren’t very practical. Service has a casual air that suggests staff may lack some professionalism or training.

My son went to this hotel with his school recently. He says his service was okay, but after locking the door and putting his wallet in his bag, he returned to find over 120p missing. He says the same thing happened to most of his peers. He wouldn’t recommend it, and says that if you ask about missing money, they unlock your door, take it, and act as if nothing happened. Don't go to adansonia.

We spent the Independence 2024 holidays there and had an amazing experience. Kesego at reception, the kitchen staff, and top management were all wonderful. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work, team.
