Spotless cleanliness and top-notch service. Give it a try, and thank me later. Joy.

We were working on a project in Botswanna, coming from south’ africa, and I booked this guest house for my staff. We struggled to find the place and got no response when we asked for directions. When they arrived, staff were told to choose a room. We stayed longer than planned, and when I called to ask what I owed, they said they didn't want me booking again through Airbnb. When we went to pay after the week was up, the bill was three times what I'd paid through Airbnb. They said we'd used more rooms. I pointed out that they'd shown those rooms to our staff without saying there'd be extra charges. They replied that they shouldn't have to manage our staff. When we challenged the bill, they threatened to call the police. Since we were guests in their country, we paid because we didn't want our staff getting into trouble. What compensation is there for rooms they let us use without mentioning any additional cost? They are scammers. Don't stay here, they'll scam you too!
