The TV in my room had no sound, and they never came to fix it. Staff also seemed to forget what I'd asked for. Breakfast was boring, with scrambled eggs for five days, plain bread, processed canned beans and a dirty sausage. I skipped my last breakfast and went to find something better nearby. They also need to stop saying on booking.com that there's a spa when there isn't one. I was there for a holiday, and it's the last time I'm going. This place needs to get its act together or it'll go bankrupt. An AirBnB is better than this "HOTEL".

The African cooking at breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were meticulously clean. Rates are reasonable, too. The staff were humble and helpful, and seemed to see making your stay enjoyable as their job. A great place to stay.

The beds were new and comfortable, and the rooms spacious and clean. The hotel was tidy throughout, and the staff were friendly. The owner was accommodating and helpful. It's easy to access and close to the malls. Great value for money, and I loved every minute.
