We were trying to arrange a stay, and the customer service was terrible. First she let us book two nights, then said we might not be able to keep the booking if some guests wanted to extend into our dates. She said she’d call back to confirm, but never did, and didn’t answer when we tried calling. Awful.

It really felt like home. The owner made sure everyone was comfortable, and I loved everything about the place.

I enjoyed my short stay. It’s near central Broadhurst, with easy airport access, and the staff are friendly.
