We booked for October 17 to 19, 2025, and the property itself is stunning, inside and out. The staff were friendly, and I'd book this accommodation again. The shower and toilet plumbing let us down, though, and the electricity kept tripping upstairs when we tried to iron. Parking was limited and awkward, and the wardrobes need hangers. Definitely recommend the accommodation.

It's easy to reach by public transport, and the guest house really stands out. The place is lavish but cheaper than it should be, with top-notch service. When I'm in Gaborone, this is the only guest house I prefer to stay at.

We were told when booking that we had the whole place, and we paid the full amount on that understanding. But after we arrived, they said we'd only booked the rooms and couldn't use some areas, including the kitchen. They even said using the microwave would cost extra because it counted as using the kitchen. None of that had been explained beforehand, and it felt like the rules changed once we were there. It was disappointing to be treated that way after trusting what we'd been told and paying the agreed rate. The property itself is undeniably beautiful, and the rooms are tastefully decorated, with clear thought put into the design. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and the staff's attitude brought down our stay. With better communication, cleanliness, and customer service, this could easily be a five-star stay, but that's not what we experienced.
