The room door was standing wide open when I got there, and they said room service must have left it that way. No one offered to help with my bags either. The bath wouldn’t drain, the aircon didn’t work, and some other amenities were out of order. They offer so little that this feels more like a motel.

The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, and the staff there were so neat, professional, and helpful that they made me hungry before the meal even started. The room was comfortable in every way, and the cleaning team kept it immaculate each day. I was on a business trip in Mogoditshane, Botswana, and everyone from reception to the restaurant treated me wonderfully. It really felt like a royal experience. Even a power outage was handled quickly, with the generator coming on in less than a minute. I also appreciated the staff arranging my receipt in both pula and rands so I could use it for my counter claim. I couldn’t get the SABC channels with my favourite programmes, but I watched ENCA news, and the hotel wi-fi let me stream channels on my laptop and keep in touch with family back home. The service from the staff and the hotel’s overall standard were second to none. I’ll stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The lighting mirror charmed me, too. Thanks for the hospitality and friendliness at every level. Keep it up.

The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, and the idea behind the place is lovely. But the execution is a mess. It looks as if unprofessional builders put it together, and this was a nightmare of a stay. Breakfast was awful, with no variety, and the kitchen staff said they’d help with better food but never followed through. Workers were slow to respond, and the towels are old. When an event was on, guests were told to eat in their rooms instead of the restaurant, and the music from the event carried on past 11 pm. If you’re from another country and expect 4 Star service, don’t book here. This isn’t a 4 star hotel to me, it’s a 2 star lodge.

A lovely spot to relax and chill, with nice accommodation and beautiful interiors. The breakfast was tasty and felt worth the price.

The conference room worked efficiently, and everything was functioning. They’re putting effort into the right places, with a keen sales team and a warm welcome. It’s a great team trying to grow the business. Definitely one of Botswana’s best managed establishments, if not the best.
