The pool area, with its bar and food, was nice, and there's a small gym on the 3rd floor for anyone wanting to burn calories. The room was big compared to others I've used in Gaborone. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were very polite. Breakfast was good for the star rating, and both the dinner menu and food were good too. I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

The location makes it easy to get around all parts of Gaborone without the city noise, and there's plenty of safe parking. Breakfast has a great spread, and the restaurant food is well worth it. The laundry service is top notch, and they have a large conference centre as well. The gym, restaurant, front desk service, and room staff are all great. I'll definitely keep using Travelodge on my monthly visits to Gaborone.

I have no complaints about room service, but the swimming pool is a total mess. We've been waiting a week for it to be cleaned, and there are still no updates. Keep this in mind during your stay.

The place is clean and well designed, but the bed and pillows are rock hard. I usually leave with a sore neck, shoulders, and hips. Sleeping here is uncomfortable and painful. They should consider having medium-firm or soft beds in some of the rooms.
