The pool was just the right temperature, and the friendly staff were quick to help. The showers had excellent water pressure, even with my very long, thick hair. Everything was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

The setting is nice, and the people are friendly, but the service doesn’t match the rates. Water pressure in our rooms was very low. One day we had no towels, and the next there was no soap. The kettle smelled like a rat had died in it. They need better supervision.

A good campsite and hotel for a night before setting off around Botswana. The staff are friendly, the shower is great, and there are restaurants nearby.

There was no mosquito net over the bed, and the supplied mosquito spray was nearly empty and clearly hadn’t been checked. The room also needed a hairdryer and a mat to step onto after showering. The mirror was too high for shorter people, so one in the bedroom would help.

The food was excellent, both the a la carte dinner and buffet breakfast, and there’s a really nice pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone in our group had trouble with the AC not cooling the rooms enough, though hopefully it’s just a maintenance issue. A one-way transfer to Maun airport for two people was around R150. They accept both cards and cash in local currency.
