Watching the sunset with a sunsetter drink and that view over the wetlands was breathtaking. Our hut was amazing, with an outside pool, viewing deck, outdoor shower, huge bathroom and lounge area. The meals were excellent and the portions just right. If lions and cubs are what you’re hoping to see, this is the place for you.

Brooklyn, Gail, and Owner took such good care of our family at Duba Plains. We loved the game drives, the delicious food and the beautiful accommodations. The whole stay was an incredible experience!

We woke up every morning eager to find out what Spike and nature had in store for us. He was courageous, wise and seemed to know everything about the delta. Our guide will stay in our hearts forever. At Duba Plains we stayed in the suite, with Teddy as our incredible manager. Kay made the most amazing food, with so much love and pride, easily ten times better than anything we ate in Cape Town. Evans and Sophia looked after us morning and evening, and Cecilia gave all of us a wonderful massage with her strong hands.

We stayed at Duba Plains camp for three nights and had an amazing time. Our guide Rapz was really friendly and great at finding animals. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. We even saw all of the Big Five in one day. Definitely want to come back!

A special moment for us was seeing newborn rhinos and learning about the conservation work. We had such a great time at Duba Plains, with beautiful facilities, lovely staff, the tastiest food of our whole trip thanks to Ole, and an amazing guide, Mots. We’ll miss our little friend Tom 😋. I hope we can come back soon.
