I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep. The room looked clean, but there was a smell and I itched all night. It felt outdated, and the bathroom was a mess. There was no Wi-Fi either. They need to reassess whether this place should be open, because it's not okay for hosting people.

Poor quality and service. Half the room fittings were broken, and a broken metal soap bucket cut and injured my arm. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. I travel often and rarely rate anywhere.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The aircon and TV wouldn't turn on, the room phone service was off, and the mattress was rock solid. The pool was green, and there was no mosquito repellent in the rooms. At night the duty staff lock themselves away and sleep. The list goes on.

Please improve the internet, and add smart TVs or a DStv decoder so we don't have to watch Btv all day 😭😭😭😭😭

There was a lot of construction in the yard, which seemed dangerous for clients, and the pool was dirty. I also didn't like the reception, the food, or the room.
