The private sector was lovely, and the locals seem to maintain the place to the same standard as the greenhouse. But I wouldn't make a trip just to visit the estate without staying overnight. Entry to the greenhouse tour is 20 rubles per person, and there isn't even a cash register. The greenhouse is smaller than the botanical garden in Minsk, so the price feels too high for a two-hour tour that can be finished in about 30 minutes. Also, the road from Novolukoml is unpaved, though the asphalt in the village itself is perfect. We came hoping to enjoy the exotic plants.

I travel more than 300 km every year to come back here, it feels like a fairytale. The hosts make the place feel especially cozy, and the staff are so welcoming and polite. The cottages are well maintained, with clean rooms, and the greenhouse full of palms, bananas, lemons, and other plants adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It sits by a clean, beautiful lake. The menu is great, portions are generous, and everything tastes delicious. In summer, they serve homegrown vegetables, including in the Caprice salad.

The nature is gorgeous, and the greenhouse and sauna are both great. The TV kept freezing every five minutes, though. At checkout, they inspect the house and count every towel, sheet, and fork. Be ready for them to want to keep your deposit over the smallest things.

Even the kids, who are usually easy to keep busy, didn't want to leave. We all had a great time, children included, and we'll definitely come back. Our relatives recommended the place and were happy with it too. The grounds are huge, with thoughtfully designed houses, gazebos, playgrounds, and sandboxes. The house was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The TV did cut out now and then, but only rarely, and it was fixed quickly. There's water nearby, a river or lake, I'm not sure which. My father-in-law loves fishing and caught plenty over our couple of days, which made him very happy. We gave the fish to the few cats around, who were well behaved and well groomed. They've clearly put a lot of heart into the place, and it's a pleasure to spend time in the house and on the grounds. We had a problem during our stay that turned into a disaster, though I won't go into the details. Larisa, the owner and manager, was personally involved. She helped us out at midnight in pouring rain, and the issue was fully sorted the next day. 🤗
