We've stayed here for a long time and are very happy with it. It's a great spot for a night before customs at Domachevo or after crossing the border. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are cozy, clean, and decorated in a lovely modern style. Beds are comfortable, showers are excellent, and the rooms are warm. Wi-Fi is available and breakfast is included. For a small extra charge, they can make dinner when you arrive, after checking what you'd like in advance. I highly recommend it.

The grounds are charming and very well kept, and everything inside feels thoughtfully furnished. Our room was spacious and cozy, but sound carries badly: I could clearly hear people speaking quietly in the room across the hall. With our four boys tired from the journey, I worried they might disturb the other guests. Breakfast wasn't a big spread, though what we got, scrambled eggs, bread, and coffee or tea, was enough for adults and children. Booking in the evening might mean more choices. Booking.com costs a little more than booking directly, and you can also book through Whatsapp.

We love this hotel and the people who work there. Whatever the customs officials and border guards take from us at the crossing, the staff are always waiting for us, tuck us into bed, and serve a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. Whenever we drive to Europe, this is the only place we'll stay!

A great place to relax. Sergey, the friendly host, treats each guest like a VIP and takes their questions and problems personally, always ready to help. Whether you stay just a few hours or several days, you're met with comfort, warmth, and care in a genuinely friendly, smiley atmosphere. I'd highly recommend him!
