The shared space was a standout: a large kitchen and dining room, plus billiards. There’s a dishwasher, and tea, coffee and spices are available, so cooking is easy. The courtyard has a pond, barbecue area, trees, lawn and parking, and everything feels cared for. There are handmade paintings around the place that add to its homey atmosphere. We stayed as a family and found it quiet and comfortable. The room was tidy, the beds were comfortable, and I slept well because the neighborhood is peaceful. The bathroom had a hairdryer, shower gel, air freshener, cotton swabs and pads, a thoughtful little touch. The hosts were very nice. We really liked our stay and would come back, and recommend it to others. I think it would work well for a business trip too.

There’s a cafe, pharmacy and shops just a three-minute walk away, which was handy. We stayed with our child and were very happy with the place. The yard is well kept, with a pond and barbecue area, and the spacious dining room worked well for evening get-togethers. Our room was clean, with a comfortable double bed and bathroom. Our son claimed the second bunk right away. It was quiet, peaceful and cozy, and everything seemed arranged with guests in mind. We also appreciated the separate laundry room with washer and dryer, the billiards, and the smoking room for colder weather. Dmitry was responsive and pleasant to talk to. We were satisfied and will definitely come back.

The shared space made the stay feel cozy, with a big kitchen for cooking and a billiards table. Parking is enclosed, and each guest who drives gets a remote for the gate. The hosts were attentive and ready to help. The grounds are tidy, with a relaxation area, pond and barbecue. You can catch crucian carp in the pond, but they have to be released. After 11:00 PM, guests are asked to keep the noise down. We rented a double room and liked it. It was clean and neat, with a shower, toilet, TV and fast Wi-Fi. They also take care of travel documents, which helped us, and card payment is accepted. A quiet, comfortable place to unwind after work, with a homey feel and none of the pretentiousness of a large hotel. We’ll definitely return.

Dmitry was the best part of my stay: pleasant, considerate and responsible, and he made me feel comfortable throughout. The location is great too, close to the train station, a cinema and various shops. The room was spotless, with a private bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi. The unusual paintings in the rooms and hallways make the place feel especially cozy. Upstairs, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, including an induction stove, refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and utensils. There’s also a barbecue grill on the property, so cooking wasn’t a problem. Excellent accommodation for a reasonable price. 5 stars!
