The worst part was finding cockroaches and a decomposing mouse on the second floor, in the room where everyone slept. The house itself was dirty, the dishes were greasy, and the hot tub water seemed not to have been changed in a long time. For eight people, we got just one sauna whisk, and the whole place was poorly maintained. The grounds could use work too, and although it's rented out, it still has lots of the owner's belongings in it. We celebrated a birthday here and came away with a very bad impression. When we raised these problems, the owner responded with negativity and aggression. A waste of money. I don't recommend going.

We lost two weeks because we'd agreed verbally and I wasn't looking elsewhere while trying to pay a deposit. I'd booked a house for New Year's at the amount the owner named, then asked how to secure it. He suggested meeting in Minsk, where he said he often goes, but never showed up. I called, and he said he was in Minsk, remembered me, but was busy, and that he'd come again soon. The same thing happened several times, and he never called me himself. When I later offered to transfer the money to his card, he hesitated. I eventually got him to explain that Russians were offering much more than the amount he'd quoted me. I can't judge the estate's quality or service because we never stayed there. I want to warn everyone: if someone offers the owner more, he'll leave you hanging and won't even call back. That's Belarusian-style service. I wouldn't recommend dealing with him.

I was there for my birthday on July 11th, and everything was great 🤪 The owner is a fun, interesting person. The house was clean and tidy, and my guests all enjoyed it too. It was good value for the money, so I'll book again. 🥺❤️

It was cozy and comfortable, with a real at-home feel, and everything we needed was there. The host was lovely, and so was the host's son, who helped us out. We'll definitely come back, more than once.
