The grounds are so well cared for, and I always feel relaxed and cosy there. The staff are lovely and try to meet guests’ needs. I do wish the rooms were cleaned a bit more often. The restaurant could be much better. Whenever we go, the food isn’t tasty. Breakfast isn’t worth the money, about 15 roubles for a small bowl of porridge and three waffles, and there isn’t much variety. There’s too little protein and almost no fruit or vegetables.

The room was cozy and the staff friendly. It’s a quiet, good-quality resort for families, and the private beach is nice, though the water didn’t make me want to swim. A good place to get away. There’s very little money available at the hotel, and it’s quite expensive compared with the general price level. Knowing some Russian, at least the Cyrillic alphabet, will help, since nobody speaks English. At 35€/night, I thought it was worth the price.

For what you pay, the room itself is good, but that’s about it. I stayed 10 days and housekeeping only happened once. The bed linen was never changed, and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned on day four. There’s no room service, and the restaurant is only open from 9 to 23, not whenever you might need it. No bottled water in the room, no toothbrush or toothpaste. The Wi-Fi is doubtful, and the TV only has four channels. The hotel is overpriced for being in the middle of nowhere. Charging what a 4* hotel in central Barcelona costs is way too much. It’s a road motel with a nice view and a good room, really just somewhere to spend the night.
