The room was clean and the shower was nice, while reception staff were friendly, efficient, and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was decent, if nothing special. Getting into the city centre was easy, with the main shopping street under a 10-minute walk away. For Western visitors, under 50 euros for a single room with breakfast (late 2025) felt like good value.

There are lots of dolls and paintings on display, so the hotel feels a bit like an art museum. It also seems to have a small museum commemorating a musician. Breakfast was good, and the location worked well for getting around: the central bus station is just a few minutes away on foot, and the train station a short drive.

We were right in the city centre, so after a filling breakfast we could head off anywhere. There were well-prepared eggs, cheese, pastries, and five kinds of fresh bread on the buffet. Our room was spotless and aired out well, and the staff spoke English, answered our questions, and took care of all our requests. Very good accommodation.

We stayed for one night at this standard three-star hotel. The room was quite small, with two comfortable beds, a shower cabin, and a mini fridge. There was no air conditioning, and our windows faced a busy road. Reception worked very well, but at around 10am there was almost no breakfast left.

The hotel is being rebuilt, and it should be nice once the work is finished. We only stayed a night, which was enough to see the main issue: breakfast meant a long wait and hardly anything to choose from. There was no buffet, and it felt like an old USSR-style breakfast. Change that and you'll have a nice hotel.
