The rooms are on the small side, but that didn't bother me. They could use rubber mats in the bathroom, though.

For six of us, the price came to about 80 Belarusian rubles total, or 13.3 each, which felt reasonable for an overnight stay. The apartment was modern and looked good, and it was clean and tidy. Having several WiFi networks was a nice extra. The only small snag was a faucet in the bathroom that creaked.

The city feels green, quiet, and cozy, and the house is close to both Brest Fortress and the pedestrian stretch of Lenin Street, where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. The married couple who host the place are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, and they can make whatever you order.

We spent the morning on the veranda with freshly brewed coffee, after Valentina brought breakfast in a wicker basket. The garden berries, cheesecakes, and omelet were all especially good. Valentina and Nikolai made us feel very welcome. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It seems a lovely fit for couples or families with children. We enjoyed our stay and couldn't find any downsides.

A quiet place with parking, and the 15t bus stop nearby makes it easy to get to the station or downtown. The host is glad to help with anything related to your stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a choice of menu options. The shower, toilet, beds, TV, and dishes were all new.
