It’s a simple hostel, but a really good one. Everything was clean, and the beds were good too. I stayed for 2 nights. It’s mostly quiet at night, apart from two or three times when a train comes through. I’d absolutely recommend it for a short stay in Brest.

Angela at reception was really friendly and attentive. The hostel is generally clean, the bedrooms are fine, and towels are provided free. There’s a small kitchen corner with a fridge, microwave, electric kettles, and free tea. The value for the price is very good. The Wi-Fi is really slow, though. It’s 3 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the bus station.

The receptionist was extremely rude. She just shouted at me asking whether I had a reservation. Sorry to say it, but this place is horrible. Don’t go here.

I ended up sleeping at the train station. That’s how awful my room was when I arrived. Horrible place, and I’d strongly advise people not to go.

It’s very close to the train station, but the place is full of drunks and illegal immigrants. Stay away. Nobody here speaks English, so it isn’t what you’d expect from a typical hostel.
