The host was welcoming, and there was plenty of space, but the replacement room was a letdown. We booked ahead through Booking.com, then the owner said shortly before arrival that he couldn't give us the room we'd reserved and offered another. With little room to make changes, we accepted. We didn't expect a basement room by the bathhouse, with low ceilings, no proper windows, and stuffy air. There was no fan or air conditioning. Since the room was changed, the booking issue went unnoticed and we can't leave a review on Booking.com.

The road to the village is covered in tanks, but that doesn't take away from the stay. The place itself is clean, nice, quiet, and well kept, with parking and a private gazebo with a barbecue. We'll come back!

We were really pleased and will definitely return! Everything is new, with a lovely interior and courtyard. The host was nice, and the place was spotless. Towels, slippers, and dishes were provided, hotel-style, plus there's a spacious gazebo and everything needed for a barbecue.

The host got us checked in quickly late at night, close to morning, which we appreciated. Everything else was great, though the fridge is noisy and bigger tea cups would be nice.

Thanks to Sergey for the good quality at reasonable prices. Everything is always neat, tidy, and clean. It's a lovely place for a work trip or a bit of rest, with ponds nearby.
